Director

Mr. Arnav Gupta is the Director of Citiyano De Resource Exim Pvt. Ltd. a company recognized for its excellence in the export and import of premium agricultural and industrial commodities. Known for his strategic vision and commitment to quality, he has positioned the company as a dependable contributor to India’s growing footprint in global trade. Expanding his leadership into the world of sports, Mr. Gupta owns the Purvanchal Panthers, a kabaddi team founded in 2025 that represents courage, discipline, and the unbreakable spirit of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. The team merges traditional kabaddi excellence with modern athletic training, symbolizing the region’s rising energy and ambition. Their signature colors — Maroon, Gold, Black, and Oxford Blue — reflect aggression, triumph, intensity, and confidence. Guided by its slogan “Ek Josh, Ek Junoon – The Hunt Never Ends,” the Panthers personify relentless determination and the cultural pride of Purvanchal.

Purvanchal Panthers joins Uttar Pradesh Kabaddi League ahead of Season 2

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], October 27 (ANI): The Uttar Pradesh Kabaddi League (UPKL), conceptualised and operated by SJ Uplift Kabaddi Pvt Ltd, on Monday announced the induction of its latest franchise, Purvanchal Panthers, for Season 2. Co-owned by Arnav Gupta, Director of Citiyano De Resource Exim Pvt Ltd, and Aradhya Gupta, Director of Citiyano De Firenze, Purvanchal Panthers embodies the pride, determination, and cultural spirit of the region. With this inclusion, UPKL now stands at 1l teams, marking another milestone in the league's mission to expand its reach, strengthen regional representation, and build a professional kabaddi ecosystem across the state, as per a press release from PKL.
